Kraft Labels for Candle Jars
Our kraft brown labels are made from paper-based material with an earthy, rustic look. The surface has a natural textured feel that pairs well with modern minimalist designs. When used on amber jars with the right artwork, you can achieve a vintage look.
Important Note: These labels are ideal for solid black artwork only and do not support full color.

ASTM F-2058 Safety Labels Included
Candle Builders places safety labels on the bottom of all candle jars. These labels meet ASTM F-2058, as recommended by the National Candle Association to meet the Standard Specification for Candle Fire Safety Labeling.
The labels do not include any Candle Builders branding. They contain two or three letters indicating the scent. The label layout may change depending on the jar type, size, and scent, but will always meet ASTM F-2058 requirements.
You can also expect to see the candle wax type, the net weight of the wax, and the expected burn time on each safety label.

Candle Builders is proudly American owned and operated in New England. We pour our candles & ship them from our facility in Newfields, New Hampshire. Everything is handled in-house by our team.
Are there fees for private label branding?
None! Our prices for drop shipping & Private Label Wholesale orders include the your private label applied to your candle.
For Bulk Wholesale products, labels are not included, but are available. Bulk Wholesale quantities that are typically 500-10,000+.
What is the product guarantee?
We want both you and your customer to be happy. Therefore, Candle Builders will promptly replace any products that arrive incorrectly or damaged in shipping.

What payment methods do we accept?
Drop Shipping: Candle Builders securely accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Please note: We require the billing address entered at checkout match the billing address registered with your payment method. Your drop ship customers will not see any of your billing or payment information.
Wholesale: For USA Wholesale or Bulk Wholesale orders under $10,000, we accept credit cards. For orders over $10,000, please contact us.
For international Wholesale or Bulk Wholesale, we only accept wire transfer.

How do I place a drop ship order
Placing drop ship orders on our website is easy and fast.
Go to the Drop Ship section of our website.
Select your candle jar and label type. Select your scent, upload your label, and add to cart. At checkout, enter your customers shipping address. Don't worry, we do not include packing slips.
Are packing slips in our shipping box?
For orders drop shipped to your customers, there are no packing slips of any kind.
Where do we ship to & what are the shipping rates?
Currently, Candle Builders can drop ship your candle order to any US state, US territory, and APO/FPO address.
Here are our USA shipping charges.

$7.00 for ground
Each additional candle is $2.00
13.75oz candle
$8.00 for ground
Each additional candle is $2.00
We can also ship smaller orders by USPS Priority Mail. Rates are based on the weight of the package.
Canada
Using our website, or direct integration with Order Desk, we can drop ship to Canada. Rates depend on the weight. Duties & taxes for importing are not included. Currently, our Shopify App does not support orders to Canada.
At this time, we do not ship to any other country. However, we are actively looking to change this in early 2025.
What is the product guarantee?
We want both you and your customer to be happy. Therefore, Candle Builders will promptly replace any products that arrive incorrectly or damaged in shipping.

How can I profitably price my candles?
You are welcome to charge any price you like for your candles. We offer a higher quality 100% soy product, which means you can justify charging your customers accordingly.
Generally speaking our merchants charge their customers $20-$28 for a 9oz candle and $ $22-$30 for a 13.75oz candle.
It is common for merchants to charge shipping if their candles are $20-$22. Beyond that, merchants typically charge their customers a discounted shipping or even free shipping.
How fast will drop ship orders take to ship out?
Drop ship orders typically ship within 2 business days. Expect this to be a bit longer during the holidays season.
