📝 Manually Creating an Order in App 2.0
You can manually create an order in your Candle Builders App 2.0 dashboard for direct-to-customer drop shipping and production.
Step 1: Open the Orders Page
From your App 2.0 dashboard, select Orders on the left, then click Create Order in the top right.
Step 2: Add Products
Select Browse Products and type in the Product Title. After selecting the correct product, choose your desired scent or variant. Keep in mind this will only find products that you have already made in App 2.0.
Step 3: Add Customer Info
On the right, select an existing customer from the Select Saved Customer list or click Create a Customer to enter new information.
Make sure the Channel is set to Manual.
Step 4: Review and Create Order
Once everything is added, you’ll see an order summary. Click Create Order to complete the process.
Note: The summary will show the product total only. Shipping charges are calculated separately based on our standard drop ship rates.
After You Submit
- The order will be charged to your payment method on file.
- Production and fulfillment begin immediately.
- Tracking will appear in your App 2.0 order history when the order ships.
- All manual orders ship via Ground Shipping.
