All Candle Builders fragrances are sourced from the USA and loaded at 6% for a consistent, balanced throw. Each scent is tested for both hot and cold performance in our Golden 464 soy wax blend, ensuring reliable results across our full size range. Formulations meet ASTM F2417 safety standards. Working with Candle Builders means you are offering a premium candle, not a massed produced cheap product. Therefore, it is suggested that retail your candles as a Premium Product and price them accordingly. You are welcome to retail your candles at any price you like.

Handcrafted Quality

Every candle is hand-poured in small batches by skilled artisans at our New Hampshire facility. We handle production, labeling, and shipping ourselves. Quality is checked at every step.

Premium Ingredients

We use 100% pure soy wax made in the USA. It is eco-friendly, vegan, and 100% non-toxic. Our wicks are made from 100% cotton & paper and contain no lead or zinc. No paraffin, no cheap fillers, no cutting corners.

Private Label Candles, Done Right

Your customers will see a premium retail quality label with your candle brand printed on it, not ours.

Shows the safetly labels on the bottom of our 9oz candles. The Safetly label meets the National Candle Associations safety standards for fire safety.

ASTM F-2058 Safety Labels Included

Candle Builders places safety labels on the bottom of all candle jars. These labels meet ASTM F-2058, as recommended by the National Candle Association to meet the Standard Specification for Candle Fire Safety Labeling.

The labels do not include any Candle Builders branding. They contain two or three letters indicating the scent. The label layout may change depending on the jar type, size, and scent, but will always meet ASTM F-2058 requirements.

You can also expect to see the candle wax type, the net weight of the wax, and the expected burn time on each safety label.

Where does Candle Builders ship from?

Candle Builders is proudly American owned and operated in New England. We pour our candles & ship them from our facility in Newfields, New Hampshire.

Are there fees for private label branding?

No, there are no art setup fees or hidden fees of any kind for printing your artwork.

What happens if there’s an issue with my wholesale candle order?

Candle Builders will gladly replace any wholesale candle order that is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is produced incorrectly by us.

We are not able to cover issues that were not caused by Candle Builders, such as an incorrect shipping address or the wrong label artwork being submitted with an order.

Because every candle is custom printed, we also cannot accept general returns or returns due to buyer’s remorse.

That said, every situation can be a little different. We always encourage you to reach out. Even if an issue is not covered by our policy, we may still be able to help find a solution.

Does Candle Builders offer custom packaging or inserts?

We are considering branded packaging options as well as offering your marketing inserts for each candle. However, we do not offer them at this time. When we do, it will be announced.

How can I order samples?

Ordering samples is easy. Please visit our Sample Candles page.

What payment methods do we accept?

Candle Builders securely accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Please note: We require the billing address to match the billing address registered with your payment method. Your drop ship customers will not see any of your billing or payment information.

What are your shipping prices for for wholesale orders?

We cahrge rates for UPS or USPS Ground services. We can also offer freight pallet options as well. Price vary by weight and destination.

How fast will Wholesale orders take to ship out?

Wholesale orders leave in 7-10 days.

Please note that production times can be a bit longer during peak holiday times.
