Hey there, Candle Builders family!

We're thrilled you've chosen us for your custom candles. Our team pours a ton of love and creativity into each unique candle we craft for you and your customers.

Our goal is to keep you smiling and your customers raving about their beautiful custom candles. We're all about making sure everyone's happy, from you to your end customers!

We get it...sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect from our error, or encounters any bumps along the way, just give us a shout. We'll make it right.

Here's the deal: Since every candle is custom labeled or ordered for your own business, we cannot offer refunds for buyers remorse or once production begins.  We do guarantee you will receive what you paid for. Therefore, we will happily replace any candles damaged in transit or if it does not arrive in the correct condition. All we ask is that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. We've got yours back. Even if it is past this time frame, please do contact us anyway. Be sure to take photos of the damage and keep the damaged goods available as our shipping carrier will; need to pick them up for inspection.

Below are our detailed policies for Drop Shipping and Wholesale Purchases. 



Candle Builders, LLC Drop Shipping Policy
This policy applies to any order placed through us and is drop shipped directly to the end customer. 

Candle Builders, LLC guarantees that your customer will receive the product you requested be drop shipped from us. If the product arrives damaged, defective, is lost in transit, or incorrect due to our error, Candle Builders will refund your order or promptly replace it, your choice.

Candle Builders has a drop shipping industry standard common sense policy for situations that are not our fault. If you or your customer provides the wrong addresses and is returned to us, it can be reshipped at your shipping expense. Also, we don't refund or replace orders if you or your customer:

  1. Send us incorrect/poor quality artwork
  2. Order the wrong products
  3. If the customer does not like the physical product
  4. The customer does not like a scent

We stand behind every product we sell and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We guarantee that your customer will receive exactly what was ordered from us or we will take care of it ASAP. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or discovery of the issue.

Candle Builders, LLC Wholesale Policy

This policy applies to any order that meets one or more of the following:

  • The order is placed from our Wholesale or Bulk Wholesale section of our website or any wholesale platform that we sell on
  • The order contains 30 or more products
  • The order is sent to Amazon for your Amazon FBA inventory
  • The order is purchased to resell the products in any retail or wholesale manner. This includes vendor events, retail stores, ceremonies, etc.
  • Is ordered without any artwork label

We guarantee that you will receive the product requested. Wholesale orders are considered a final sale product. Of course, if the order arrives damaged, defective, is lost in transit, or incorrect due to our error, Candle Builders will refund your order or replace it, your choice. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
