Each individual 9oz candle box will only contain your private label candle. There are no other indications the products were made by Candle Builders.

Where does Candle Builders ship from?
Candle Builders hand produces, packages, and ships all of our candles from Newfields, New Hampshire.

FAQ - Amazon FBA Fulfillment

How long will it take Candle Builders to produce candles for my Amazon FBA order?
Most Amazon FBA orders are ready to ship in 5-7 business days. We maintain an inventory of at least 20,000+ pre-poured candles in our New Hampshire facility. These candles are ready for labeling, allowing for quicker production times than industry standard.

What is the minimum order amount?
For Amazon FBA, we have a 30-piece minimum (one master carton). Orders must be placed in master carton increments with identical products.

How will Candle Builders ship the order to Amazon?
When creating a product in your Amazon Store, select the FBA option. During setup, specify there are 30 candles per master box, with a weight of 33 pounds and dimensions of 22"x16"x14". Amazon will provide you with a UPS shipping label and packing slip, which you'll need to forward to us.

What does Candle Builders charge for the Amazon FBA candles?
Our listed price for the 30-pack includes candle production, labeling, individual packaging, ASIN labeling, and master carton packaging. There are no hidden fees or additional costs from us.

How well do soy wax candles handle storage?
Our candles are made from 100% pure USA-made soy wax. As a trade-off for being eco-friendly and high quality, soy wax has a lower melting point than other wax types, which makes proper storage important.

Temperatures approaching 100°F may cause the wax to soften slightly and shift shape, though this minor deformation is generally not damaging to the candle. Warehouses that are not climate controlled, or that allow temperatures to exceed 100°F, pose a greater risk of more significant damage to your inventory. To protect your candles, we recommend contacting Amazon FBA Support to ask specifically about climate-controlled storage options.

Please note that any heat damage is not covered under our warranty.

Does Candle Builders provide UPC codes?
We do not. The reason is UPC codes are unique to your brand and products. Because our product is handmade, you may be able to get GTIN exemption, meaning you do not need UPC codes.

Does this product quality for Amazon Homemade?
Candle Builders hand pours each candle in our New England facility, one by one. However, Amazon Homemade requires that you produce your own handmade goods. Therefore, this product does not quality for Amazon Homemade listings.
