Review your customers order details, status, and cancel orders not in production yet. 

Viewing Your Orders

In App 2.0, go to the Orders section in the left navigation to see all print on demand orders sent from your connected stores. Each row shows your original store order number, customer name, order date, total amount, and current status.

Note: New orders from your connected store may take up to a few hours to appear in the system as Unsynced.

Search & Filter Options

You can search by full order number or customer name using the search bar. Use the filters at the top of the page to view orders by status.

Order Status Definitions

Unsynced – Orders that haven’t yet been reviewed or processed by our system. Allow a few hours for orders to move into pre-production.
Draft – Orders that are pending confirmation or are incomplete.
Pre-production – Orders will enter Pro-Production once they a Candle Builders staff member begins working on your candles. 
In production – Orders are actively being produced by candle Builders.
Shipped – Orders have been completed and handed off to the shipping carrier. Tracking info is available.
Cancelled – Orders that were canceled by the user or due to an issue.
Ignored – Orders that were imported but flagged for review. This could be due to an invalid product setup or an item not fulfilled by Candle Builders.

Tip: If you’re unsure why an order is marked as Ignored, contact our support team for help reviewing it.

Viewing an Individual Order

From the left side navigation, click Orders to visit the My Orders page. Here you can select an order or search for an order by order number. You can also filter by order status.

Select an Order

When viewing an order, the top you will display your original store order number, the internal Candle Builders order ID, the current order status, and your Shop name. Below that you will see the order details.

Shipping Details & Tracking

If the order has shipped, the shipping carrier, tracking number, and a tracking link will appear under the Shipment Label section.

Note: If a shipped order does not show tracking, click on the Shipping Info button in the top right of the order screen.

Customer Shipping Address

The shipping address, order date, and selected shipping method are shown on the right side of the screen.

Product Details

Each item in the order displays the candle’s scent, size, quantity, and label design preview.

Cancel Order

If an order is still in Unsynced or in Pre-Production status, a Cancel Order button will appear. This will cancel the order and it will not be shipped. 

Warning: Canceling an unsynced order is permanent and cannot be undone.

Editing & Deleting Products

If an order is unsynced, you can delete or edit individual items in the order. When editing the product, you can update the quantity or change a product variant such as the scent.

Print Packing Slip

The Print Packing Slip button creates a basic slip showing shipping and product information. This slip is for your internal use only and is not included in customer shipments.

Redo Order

The Redo Order button lets you duplicate the same order for the same customer. You can adjust the product quantity but cannot add or remove items. This only appears when an order has shipped.

Add Note

Use the Add Note button to save internal notes for your own reference. Candle Builders may be able to view these, but they are not used for production instructions.
