Candle Builders is proudly American owned and operated in New England. We pour our candles & ship them from our facility in Newfields, New Hampshire.

Are there fees for private label branding?

Our prices for Drop Shipping & Private Label Wholesale include the your private label applied to your candle. Bulk Wholesale orders (200-10,000+ candles) do not includes any labels.

What is the product guarantee?

We want both you and your customer to be happy. Therefore, Candle Builders will promptly replace any products that arrive incorrectly or damaged in shipping.

How can I order samples?

Ordering samples is easy. Simple go to our Drop Ship products, customize the candles that you wants samples for, and have them sent directly to you instead of your customer.

What payment methods do we accept?

Candle Builders securely accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Please note: We require the billing address entered at checkout match the billing address registered with your payment method. Your drop ship customers will not see any of your billing or payment information.

Our shipping charges for wholesale orders are based on weight and your destination. Our shipping calculator at checkout will give you all shipping rate options. larger orders may ship by freight.

How fast will wholesale orders take to ship out?

Private Label Wholesale orders, typically ship within 4-7 business days. Bulk Wholesale orders typically ship in 7-10 business days.
