How long do wholesale candles take to make?
Most wholesale orders are ready to ship in 3-6 days.

What is the minimum order amount?
Only 12 candles with the same lid, scent, and label.

Is there a safety label on the candle?
Yes. Each candle has a full, unbranded safety label on the bottom of the container. It includes the wax fill amount plus candle safety and care instructions and is designed to meet ASTM F2058 candle fire safety labeling standards.

What are the label fees and other artwork costs?
The printed label and label application are included in the product price. There are no other artwork fees or hidden costs.

What name is on the packing slip?
Our packing slips are intentionally generic. They do not show the Candle Builders name. Our return address label says "Candle Department".

Every candle is hand-poured in small batches by skilled artisans at our New Hampshire facility. We handle production, labeling, and shipping ourselves. Quality is checked at every step.

We use 100% pure soy wax made in the USA. It is eco-friendly, vegan, and 100% non-toxic. Our wicks are made from 100% cotton & paper and contain no lead or zinc. No paraffin, no cheap fillers, no cutting corners.

Shows the safetly labels on the bottom of our 9oz candles. The Safetly label meets the National Candle Associations safety standards for fire safety.

ASTM F-2058 Safety Labels Included

Candle Builders places safety labels on the bottom of all candle jars. These labels meet ASTM F-2058, as recommended by the National Candle Association to meet the Standard Specification for Candle Fire Safety Labeling.

The labels do not include any Candle Builders branding. They contain two or three letters indicating the scent. The label layout may change depending on the jar type, size, and scent, but will always meet ASTM F-2058 requirements.

You can also expect to see the candle wax type, the net weight of the wax, and the expected burn time on each safety label.
