Welcome to Your Candle Builders App 2.0 Dashboard
Once logged into App 2.0, you will be greeted by the Dashboard. The left side are your navigation options. The main section will show you some quick sales stats, products, and any updates from Candle Builders.
Tip: We suggest accessing Your Dashboard on a laptop or desktop. Mobile navigation may be difficult.
Understand the Left-Side Navigation
Use the menu on the left to access all sections of your account:
Dashboard – Returns you to the main screen with sales stats, order alerts, and bestsellers.
Listings – Discontinued - Do not use if you see this option.
Catalog – Browse available candle options to start creating new private label candles.
Products – View all candle products you’ve designed and saved. These are ready to be listed to your connected sales channels.
Orders – Track every order sent from your stores, including real-time status updates and fulfillment progress.
Analytics – See performance stats like turnaround times, popular products, and total orders.
Stores – Manage the sales channels you've connected or want to connect to.
Billing – Manage your payment method and update billing information.
Need Help – Access support articles and reach out to the Candle Builders support team.
Your Store Name – View & manage your invoice history and account profile settings.
