Adding A Payment Method

To add a payment method, click on Settings > Fulfillment > Wallet.  A valid card must be saved in your account. Orders will not be processed without one, and a card is required to create products from our Catalog.

App 2.0 securely stores your card information with Stripe, and all payments are processed securely through Stripe. Candle Builders accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Your card will be charged when your order or orders are moved to "in production". If you have 2 or more pending orders, multiple orders may be part of one charge. You will only be charged for the product and shipping associated with your drop ship orders. There are no other fees or hidden costs.

If your card declines, your order will be held until your card on file is ready to be charged or a new card is added as the primary card. Please notify us by email when you are ready for us to retry your card. Once your order is paid, it will move to production.
