Adding A Payment Method

To add a payment method, click on Billing from the left side menu. This will bring you to the Payments sections and show you the current credit card on file, if any. A valid card must be saved in your account — orders will not be processed without one and required to complete your setup.  

App 2.0 will securely store your card information with Stripe and are processed securely with Stripe.  Candle Builders accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. 

Your card will be charged when your order or orders are moved to "in production". If you have 2 or more pending orders, then multiple orders may be part of one charge. You will only be charged for the product and shipping associated with your drop ship orders. There are no other fees or hidden costs. 

If your card declines, your order will be held until you update your card on file is ready to be charged or a new card is added as the primary card. Please notify us by email when you are ready for us to retry your card. Once your order is paid, it will move to production. 

 

Transactions

Here you’ll find a full list of payment attempts for your orders. Each row includes the charge amount, timestamp, and current status of the charge.

Summary Invoices

This section contains clickable invoice links for every charge that was successfully processed. Each invoice provides a basic details regarding what was included in the charge.

Payment

This section is reserved for future App 2.0 features and can be ignored for now.
