Step 4 - Profile Update

Update your business contact information in your WickLink account.

User ID, Business Name & Logo

Visit your Profile by clicking on your business name from the left side menu. Then select View Profile.

In your Profile, you can update the name of your business, which will appear on your invoices. To the left, you’ll see your profile logo. Click the plus (+) icon to upload a new logo. Image must be square and at least 500px by 500px. Your USER ID cannot be changed.

Contact Details

Your full name and phone number can be updated here. The email address shown is locked and cannot be changed from your account. To update it, please contact help@candlebuilders.com.

Password Management

Use this section to change your account password. Enter your current password, then create and confirm your new one. If you don’t remember your existing password, log out and use the "Forgot Password" option at the login screen.

Billing Address

This section allows you to manage your billing address. It will appear on your invoices and must match the address associated with your payment method.

Note: This is your billing address associated with your credit card on file. 

Payout Section (Coming Soon)

The “Connect Account” button is for future use. You do not need to take action on this section at this time.

Warning: Do not attempt to connect payouts

This section is not active and will not complete any setup process.
