Connect Your Sales Channels

You can securely connect your online store to the App 2.0 in just a few clicks. We are an approved integration partner for each sales channel we support, including Shopify & Etsy.

Note: Always create a backup copy of your products from the sales platform you are connecting to. This is only precautionary.

How to Connect

In the left-hand navigation menu, click Stores. From there, select your sales channel and follow the prompts to complete the connection. If you do not see your sales channel available, select the +Add New Store button. 

Tip: Make sure you have admin access to the sales channel before attempting to connect.

Once Your Stores Are Connected

Once your stores are connected, they will appear in the Stores section of the app. You will see the sales channel logo, the name of the store, and a button to delete the connection.

Warning: Deleting any store or sales channel will unsync products & cancel all pending orders. Reconnecting may not restore previous data. Please contact us if you need help.
