Candle Builders offers only premium candle products that are safe, 100% non-toxic, and made with quality ingredients.
- We use 100% natural soy wax made in the USA from soybeans grown on American farms.
- Our scents are made from essential oils or fragrances. Both are non-toxic and made in the USA.
- Our wicks are zinc & lead-free and made by Eco Wick.

How long does it take for Candle Builders to dropship my order?
Most order ship in 1-2 business days. During peak times it can be 2-3 business days.
Where does Candle Builders dropship private label candles from?
Candle Builders dropships from our Newfields, New Hampshire location.
Will my customers see the Candle Builders name on the package?
No. When you use our dropshipping service, every order ships with your brand — not ours. The candle has your label, and the shipping materials don’t mention Candle Builders. It looks and feels like it came directly from you.
Are packing slips in our shipping box?
For orders drop shipped to your customers, there are no packing slips of any kind.
What is Candle Builders Guarantee
Candle Builders wants both you and your customer to be happy. Therefore, we will promptly replace any dropshipped products that arrive incorrect, due to our error, or damaged in shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

No — App 2.0 also supports other integrations as noted above.

Yes. You can use it to design your candle and upload your label artwork to Candle Builders. You can manually place orders in App 2.0 for the same candle and design without needing to recreate it each time.
